Une séance de marche nordique destinée aux séniors et aux personnes souhaitant pratiquer une activité physique de loisir est proposée chaque lundi matin.

Une séance de marche nordique destinée aux séniors et aux personnes souhaitant pratiquer une activité physique de loisir est proposée chaque lundi matin, pour une durée d’environ 2 heures.

Le rendez-vous est fixé chemin des Friches à Haguenau, au niveau des places de parking. Les parcours se déroulent principalement en pleine nature et sont adaptés au rythme du groupe, dans une ambiance conviviale et bienveillante.

L’inscription est obligatoire et se fait en contactant l’organisateur par téléphone ou par mail.

Pour les personnes qui ne possèdent pas de matériel, des bâtons de marche nordique peuvent être prêtés.

L’activité est proposée quasiment toute l’année, selon les conditions météorologiques.
